Is it possible to put together pictures and music and burn it onto a CD & play it on a DVD player ?

I have Windows Muvee Maker , I put some pics and added music together and burned it to a CD and tried playing it on my DVD player,but it doesnt work,but a friend of mine says it is possible ....

Yes, You can do it.

First of all, Play your CD on your PC. If is running, then don't do anything, just go to www.nero.com and download a limited trial version 7.0 of Nero Express.

Then After Setup, Launch Nero. Go to Videos and Pictures. Click Video DVD and Select the Files from the CD and Burn the CD.

You can either do one thing that is open your project in Windows Movie Maker & Go to File > Save Movie > Select High Quality and export it on Desktop. Then u launch Nero Select Video DVD and Click on Add and Select your file (which you exported / saved) from Desktop. Then Burn the CD.
